What these terms cover
These terms cover Nexus Recovery Coach (Home Screen name: Nexus Coach), provided by Nexus Health Tools at app.nexushealthtools.com and as an installed web app. The app is for adults 18 and older. Read the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for information handling. Purchases, returns and physical-product warranties remain governed by their applicable published store/product terms; using the app does not extend a hardware warranty to software.
General wellness, not clinical care
The app provides educational demonstrations, timers and self-reported check-ins. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment, provide individualized medical advice, replace professional care or monitor emergencies. Recommendations organize your selections; they are not a clinical assessment. Results vary and no improvement is guaranteed. A streak reflects logged activity, not a medical outcome.
Follow the supplied product instructions and exercise-specific cautions. Stop with sharp, unusual, worsening, numb, tingling or radiating symptoms. Seek qualified advice for concerning symptoms and when pregnancy, recent surgery, injury or a health condition may affect suitability. Do not delay care because of app content. Contact local emergency services for an emergency.
Your use and records
Use the app and content for personal, non-commercial purposes with suitable products. You may save demonstrations through the app’s offline feature for that personal use. This does not grant rights to republish, sell or commercially redistribute videos or brand assets. Respect others’ rights and do not misuse the service or interfere with its security.
Ratings are your own reports. Guided-session minutes estimate time spent on visible step screens, capped per step; they do not measure physical exercise. Protocol and older records may use self-reported estimates. Keep backups of records you want to retain. There is no account-based recovery or automatic synchronization, and browser data can be lost.
Availability, offline use and reminders
This is a beta; features or content may change or be unavailable. Saved resources and demonstrations may work offline, subject to browser/device storage. Unsaved content and full YouTube protocols need a connection. Downloading and streaming may use your internet or mobile data allowance.
Calendar reminders require you to import the event and enable calendar alerts. They are not app push notifications or guaranteed alerts. Timer sound depends on device settings and browser behavior. Do not rely on this app for medical care, essential medical records or emergencies.
External services and product information
YouTube, calendar providers and stores/review sites have their own terms. Follow the product safety information. Consult the store terms and return policy for purchases. These links do not mean Coach collects the same data as the store.
Your rights and changes
Nothing here excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. These app terms do not add an arbitration requirement or a class-action waiver. If these terms materially change, we will identify the updated date and provide any notice required by law.
