NEXUS HEALTH TOOLS · NEXUS COACH
Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective September 20, 2026
This separate notice covers health-related information processed by Nexus Health Tools through Nexus Recovery Coach at app.nexushealthtools.com and its installed version. It supplements the app Privacy Policy; it does not describe all activity on our separate online store.
Categories, sources and purposes
Information you enter or select includes discomfort ratings and notes, body areas, wellness goals, tool selections, routines and saved combinations. The app derives session history, streaks and progress summaries from your activity. Your optional display name can connect these records to you on the device. The app processes them locally to provide the check-ins, routines, timers and progress views you request. They are not automatically sent to Nexus Health Tools’ servers.
Your browser also sends connection information—including IP address and requested pages or media—to infrastructure serving the app. Exercise requests and playback can reveal health-related interests. Sources are your inputs, your browser/device and interactions with the app. Network requests deliver content and support service operation and security. If you contact us, we receive contact details and information you include so we can respond. Do not include sensitive notes or a backup unless a suitable support process has been arranged.
What is shared and with whom
Hosting and infrastructure providers, including Railway, receive connection and requested-resource information to deliver the app and demonstrations. Video-platform providers, including YouTube/Google, receive connection and playback information when you choose to load their player or open a YouTube link. The app does not send them your locally entered ratings, notes, display name or backup. External stores and review services receive a visit if you follow their links; health selections are not put in campaign tags.
This version has no automated transfer of local progress to affiliates, advertising networks, wearable platforms or cloud-backup providers. Nexus Health Tools does not sell Coach health data or use it for targeted advertising. We do not use geofencing to identify visits to health-care facilities. Optional feature measurement excludes health selections and personal record fields; receiving infrastructure still sees connection information.
Control your device-local records
In Settings, export a copy, restore a backup or erase local progress. You can edit your profile, goals and preferences. Deleting local progress removes the app’s local health history; downloaded backups, saved videos, calendar entries and shared copies must be removed separately. We cannot access or remotely erase device-only records. Stop entering information or using playback features if you no longer want their associated processing, and turn off optional counts in Settings.
Requests, withdrawal and appeals
Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation of collection or sharing, access and a copy, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and information about recipients of health data. Email support@nexushealthtools.com with “Coach privacy request.” Identify the right you wish to exercise and your state or country; do not attach a sensitive backup. We may ask for proportionate information to authenticate the request and will respond within applicable legal time limits. There is no app account to use for verification.
If we decline a request, reply with “Privacy appeal” and explain why the decision should be reconsidered. We will provide the outcome and reasons within the applicable legal time limit. You may contact your state’s Attorney General or relevant privacy regulator, including the Washington Attorney General or Nevada Attorney General. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Local deletion is immediate within the app. Requests about information held by us or providers are handled according to applicable law and provider arrangements; local erasure does not automatically delete provider logs. We have no server copy of your device-local progress.
